Wales earned a draw in Split last night as Robert Page’s Wales side started their Euro 2024 qualification campaign with an away point in Croatia. Nathan Broadhead bagged the point with a tap in deep in to injury time in Split. Up until then Wales looked like they had survived with just a 1-0 defeat until the equaliser. |

We all know football throws up surprises, it already has during this World Cup so far. Saudi Arabia and Japan both upsetting the odds against Argentina and Germany. However, both of those countries displayed an enthusiasm we are yet to see from Wales in this World Cup. |

Connor Roberts has spoken about his recent time at Burnley and especially this season which he is enjoying far more now he has settled in to a different style of playing. Admittedly his understanding from a possession based upbringing at Swansea has helped. But he thinks the way the clarets are playing now is more productive long term. |
